Most single-piece orders are completed within 48 hours of your approval of the digital proof. Larger runs, multiple pieces, or custom materials may take a few extra days, and we always confirm the expected date before we begin so there are no surprises.
Yes. Every project includes a digital proof showing the layout, lettering, and placement, and we do not cut anything until you approve it. If you want changes to the font, size, or wording, we adjust the proof and send a revised version at no extra charge.
We welcome items you supply, including cutting boards, tools, jewelry, and keepsakes, and we will advise you on the best placement and method for that particular surface. We also carry a selection of high quality blanks if you prefer to choose the item here in the studio.
